Organize an event in China
Dear NANC partner institutions,
NANC successfully transmored alumni meetings from social networking and 'gezellighei' to a professional network organization where Dutch/international companies, high-ranking officials, alumni and universities meet.
NANC aims to continue work closely with partner Dutch institutions, and Dutch embassy, and business communities both in China and in the Netherlands. In terms of institutional cooperation, NANC is engaged in setting up more Institutional Alumni Chapters in China and/or organizing alumni activities and joint events. We are proud to announce that we have more then 3000 alumni registered as NANC members and 32 Dutch universities as direct partner institutions.
Each year during CIEET (China International Higher Education Exhibition Tour) & CEE (Chinese Education Expo) & Summer Fair, several Dutch host institutions will hold their alumni receptions and meetings in China. NANC often assists partner institutions on organizing alumni events and activities on these occasions. If your institution plans to arrange an event for your own alumni and alumni-to-be, then please kindly contact NANC alumni officer Ms. Selano Li by email nanc[at]nesochina.org.
Based on our experiences, we will send out the 1st invitation 3 weeks in advance. To ensure a good organization and communication, we kindly ask you to send us the request at least 4 weeks in advance.
The follow details are required:
- Date (if decided)
- Theme (with presentations? Speakers? etc.)
- Target groups (current resident cities in China / by special group of expertise etc)
- Your budget (Euro p.p.)
- Other facilities needed (projector etc.)
The types of alumni events/receptions NANC ever assisted in the past:
1. Alumni Dinner Reception (your own alumni)
2. Alumni Reunion Gathering (your own alumni)
3. Alumni Lecture (open to all NANC alumni and prospective students)
4. Other upon request events (please kindly specify)
Please note: NANC will provide logistics support but no financial support on upon-request events.
